About me

Since you asked. I’m in the process of switching my life around for the xxxth time. The boys moved out and my hubby and I moved from Seattle to Walla Walla so he could help a lot of people and make a lot of money doing acupuncture.

I’m finding myself coming back to my ongoing loves — herbs, gardens, sustainability, animals, earth-based, earth-loving, earth-saving witchy ways. Oh, and I write.

Anything else you want to know? Just ask. I probably won’t lie.

You sound like someone I’d like to meet. You also sound like you’ve got a lot of experience in living. But what about herbs?

Glad you asked. I’ve been studying herbs in various ways since I was 20 and I had trouble with my back. I used herbs to heal, and kept at it despite career, kids, etc. I’m currently finishing up an herbal course on eastern and western herbs.

I am glad I stumbled upon this. I have been trying herbs for depression/anxiety- Tried the 5-htp with Gaba and seems to have been helping but always up for new ideas on this. Also I started back to college after 10 or so years. I need help focusing and probably slightly ADD but I wont take meds for it. If anyone might have any suggestions for what I said please let me know-

    Thanks-
    A

    Hi Aimee,
Injoi here again. I would invite you to check out two products on the OnePlanetHerbs. Mellow Monkey is proving itself to be great for depression/anxiety. (See the testimonial on the home page at http://www.OnePlanetHerbs.com.)
For the focus I love Sloth-No-More. I’m getting fabulous results with it. BTW, congrats on going back to college!
I too would be interested in additional input on both depression/anxiety and ADD. These issues are tough and impact so many people.
